Accessibility Statement
Last updated: April 27, 2026
RETA is committed to making this site accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We aim to comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA and to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
What we’ve done
- Semantic HTML with proper heading structure and landmarks
- Visible keyboard focus styles on all interactive elements
- Skip-to-content link for keyboard and screen-reader users
- ARIA roles and labels on custom widgets (segmented controls, radio groups, toggles)
- Sufficient color contrast (text ≥ 4.5:1, large text ≥ 3:1)
- Respect for the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting - All non-decorative images have descriptive alternative text
- Form fields have visible labels and clear error messages
Ongoing testing
We test pages with VoiceOver (macOS / iOS), NVDA (Windows), and keyboard-only navigation, and we run automated audits with axe and Lighthouse on every meaningful release.
Known limitations
Some content embedded from third-party services (e.g., the Stripe billing portal) is rendered by those vendors and may not match every WCAG criterion. We work with vendors who publish their own accessibility commitments.
