Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of reta.love(the “Site”) and any products purchased through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Research Use Only

All products sold on this Site are for research use only (RUO). They are not intended for human or veterinary diagnostic, therapeutic, or consumption purposes, and they are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body for those uses. By purchasing, you certify that you are a qualified researcher and that you will use the products solely for lawful research purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and a legal resident of the United States to purchase. You are responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to your research.

3. Automatic-Renewal Subscriptions and Billing

Products on this Site are offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis. By placing an order, you understand and agree that:

• You will be charged the price displayed at checkout each month on the same calendar day as your initial order, automatically, until you cancel.
• Charges will be made to the payment method you provided. Stripe is our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• You may cancel at any time, instantly, from your account, by emailing support, or via the billing-management link in your confirmation email. Cancellation is at least as easy as enrollment, in compliance with the FTC’s click-to-cancel rule and California’s Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17600).
• Cancellation stops future charges and shipments. Cancellation does not refund the most recent charge unless the order has not yet shipped (see Refund Policy).
• Pricing is in U.S. dollars and may change. We will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice by email to existing subscribers before any price increase takes effect.
• Within a reasonable time after enrollment, we will send an acknowledgment email containing the offer terms, cancellation policy, and a direct link to cancel.

Right to cancel — California residents

California residents may cancel their automatically renewing subscription at any time through the methods described above, and we will not condition cancellation on any retention offer.

4. Shipping

We ship to U.S. addresses only. Most orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day, cold-packed and tracked. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. See our Refund Policy for details on the limited circumstances under which a refund may be issued.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are sold “as is” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Certificate of analysis (COA) data is provided as reference only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased through it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use any product for human or animal consumption
• Resell or redistribute products
• Misrepresent products as approved drugs or therapies
• Use the Site in violation of any law

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted to this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
